Your obviously an uneducated individual. Let's make all guns illegal. DC tried that and did the crime rate involving hand guns drop? NO!!!!! It rose like crazy because of simpletons like you. Honest people couldn't get guns to defend themselves while the criminals were free to run the streets break into any house rape the women of the house prior to killing and them and robbing the house for money or anything that they could get good money for so that they can buy their drugs. GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF THE DIRT AND SMELL WHAT YOUR SHOVELING.
Sorry about your brother, but it's not the gun that done this, it is not following safety rules that done it. There is no such thing as an accident, things happen because people didn't follow the rules or use good common since. If you believe that outlawing my rights is the answer you are sadly informed. You should stand up for your rights as an individual, the rights that God gave you, not some government. No one can say what your rights are except God.And God said I can have a gun.
I feel your pain, my bother and best friend were killed by a drunk driver. I guess if we outlawed alcoholic beverages they would still be here too. In reality its selfish for both of us to think like that. I moved on an put it behind me, twenty years later I've become a small arms instructor for the federal government. One thing I've learned is there is no such thing as an accident with a firearm. (RULE 1) "always treat a weapon as if it is loaded, regardless of the actual or perceived condition"
God bless the Supreme Court!— leff2
Sorry -- accidents happen. Your argument has no logic to it. If we said "if this or that had not existed or never legalized then so and so would still be alive." What kind of reasoning is that....we would have to head off every possibility of injury or death. You are just reacting with emotion and no real thought...got to go sell my car now because my sister was killed in one...if only they had not been legal to drive.
Sorry for the death of your brother, but without even knowing the details I do know that it wasn't the guns fault. It was a person's fault.
